• PAGCOR and Philippine Government Authorities: As required by our licensing conditions, we may disclose player data, transaction records, and identity information to PAGCOR, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), or other competent Philippine authorities upon lawful request or as mandated by regulation.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from an underage individual, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the data, and notify the relevant regulatory authority as required.

If you are a parent or guardian and have reason to believe that a minor has accessed or registered on 551 pub, please contact our support team or DPO immediately so that the matter can be investigated and the account closed without delay.

With your consent, 551 pub may send you promotional emails, SMS messages, or in-platform notifications about bonuses, new games, sports betting promotions, and other offers relevant to your account activity. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:
