By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 551 pub platform (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the 551 pub Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and 551 pub.

• "Wallet" means the in-Platform balance maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP) associated with a Player's Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, conducted by 551 pub in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering and age verification requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits allocated to a Player's bonus balance, which are subject to separate wagering requirements and are distinct from real-money funds.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that licenses and regulates 551 pub's operations.

To register and use the 551 pub Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age for online casino participation under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulation. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
• You must be physically located within the jurisdiction of the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the Platform.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

551 pub reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account termination.

Each individual may maintain only one Account on the 551 pub Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information required during the registration or KYC process. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. 551 pub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. You must not share your password, one-time password (OTP), or any other authentication information with any third party, including persons claiming to represent 551 pub. 551 pub will never request your password or OTP through any communication channel.

You must notify 551 pub immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any suspected breach of security. You may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Until such notification is received and acted upon, 551 pub shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access.

551 pub employs industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, session expiration controls, and multi-factor authentication options. Players are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on their Accounts.

Deposits. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 551 pub accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are published on the Platform's deposit page. 551 pub does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees.

Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that belong to the same verified individual who owns the 551 pub Account. Third-party withdrawal is strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• The Account must not be subject to any active fraud investigation, dispute, or self-exclusion order.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements associated with deposited funds must be satisfied prior to withdrawal of those funds.

Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login or financial activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. 551 pub reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, subject to prior notification to the registered email or mobile number on file.

All promotional offers available on the 551 pub Platform, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards, are subject to specific bonus terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and any specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that offer.

General bonus conditions that apply across all 551 pub promotions include the following:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the offer is expressly stated to be recurring or repeatable.
• Bonus funds that have not been used or whose wagering requirements have not been met within the stated expiry period will be automatically forfeited.

All games available on the 551 pub Platform are operated using random number generator (RNG) technology that has been independently certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published in the respective game information panels within the Platform's game lobby.

Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 551 pub reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's wallet. Players must not use any software, automation tools, bots, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with Platform games. The use of such tools constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 551 pub Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering as a minor or otherwise misrepresenting your age or identity.
• Creating more than one Account.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Sharing your Account with, or allowing access to, any other person.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to circumvent geographic access controls.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches.
• Abusing any promotional offer or engaging in systematic bonus exploitation.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward 551 pub staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the Platform.

551 pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and its own player protection obligations. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at all times from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any individual gaming session. The Platform will notify you upon approaching your limit and log you out upon expiry.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a transfer of intellectual property rights to the Player.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 551 pub.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 551 pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if 551 pub has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

551 pub's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

551 pub does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events beyond 551 pub's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. 551 pub will make reasonable efforts to notify players of scheduled downtime in advance.

Nothing in these Terms limits 551 pub's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

551 pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on the Platform. When material changes are made to these Terms, 551 pub will provide reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following channels: a notice on the Platform homepage, an in-Platform notification upon login, or a message to your registered email or mobile number.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and withdraw any available balance from your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the use of the 551 pub Platform, shall first be submitted to 551 pub's customer support team for informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, either party may escalate the dispute to the appropriate Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.

For disputes involving alleged violations of PAGCOR licensing conditions, players may also file a complaint directly with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation through official PAGCOR channels.
